Refund policy


RETURNS

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from THE BEAR HOUSE. You can return all items within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the items purchased. All queries related to Shipping & Returns would be addressed via the returns/exchanges tab on the website. 

Please note:

  1. There is NO return/exchange on Boxers and Sunglasses (for hygiene reasons)
  2. NO request will be processed through telephone/ social media platforms/ WhatsApp
  3. Note: Our customer service working hours are 10:00AM to 6:00PM (Monday - Saturday). Customer service will not be available on weekends, All bank & national holidays.
  4. E-mails are replied within a 48 hours TAT 


HOW TO RETURN A PACKAGE? 

To return your order, click on the Exchange & Returns tab > Enter phone/email id > Enter order number > Agree to the terms & conditions >  Click on Find my order

A confirmation will be shared once the return/exchange request is accepted. If you face any problems in creating a Return Request online, please email us at support@thebearhouse.com 

Note:

  • In case you have opted for THE BEAR HOUSE to organize the pick-up of your return, our logistics team will organize the pick-up within 5 days of placing the pick-up request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pick-up team. 
  • In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us.
  • Please note there is no return/exchange available for boxers/ inner-wear items due to hygiene reasons. 
  • For multi-item orders, only one return request is applicable.
  • No returns on International orders.


RETURNING PACKAGES

IMPORTANT: Please note that items returned without filling the returns form will not be processed. All returns are subject to discretion of THE BEAR HOUSE

  1. All items to be returned should be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact-and should not be broken or tampered with. If the above conditions are not met, in order to re-ship the product, there will be an additional charge of Rs.25
  2. Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. Returns damaged in transit for self-shipped products will be borne by the customer.

This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 10 days of receipt

 

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS I AM NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH?

To ensure that your shopping experience with The Bear House is completely hassle free, we provide you the option to return products in a convenient and transparent manner. To be eligible for returns, the products must be in unused and re-saleable condition. You can place a request for returns within 10 days of receiving your product.


WHICH ADDRESS SHOULD I SEND THE RETURNED PRODUCTS TO? 

If your pin code falls outside our pick-up service area, you will need to self-ship the return item (using a reliable courier partner). This is subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end. 

Please make sure that the address is pasted neatly on your returns parcel irrespective of whether it is our pick-up service or if you have self-shipped.

HOW LONG WILL THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

We will schedule a return pick up within 2-3 working days.

Once we receive your returned item (normally this process would take anywhere between 3 to 12 working days depending on the courier partner & location), we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.


HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of the item being received at the warehouse & Quality check done (this process can take up to 15 working days, however we will strive to process the same at the earliest)

For COD orders, refund will be issued via Store Credit

For Prepaid orders, refund will be credited to the original source.

Note: COD Charges & Cashback will not be refundable.


HOW CAN I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

To return your order, click on the Exchange & Returns tab > Enter phone/email id > Enter order number > Agree to the terms & conditions >  Click on Find my order

Please note: Size is subject to availability. Exchanged products will not be eligible for further returns or exchanges. 

HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE TAKE? 

For exchanges, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 working days (post the request) Return & Exchange request.

Once we receive the request (reverse logistics takes 3-7 working days depending on your location & the logistics partner)

Post Quality check, the requested exchange will be shipped & tracking details will be shared.


CANCEL ORDERS

Cancellations will be only possible if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.
