SHIPPING

• We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• A handling fee of Rs. 100 is charged for COD orders.
• Product are shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 3 working days. 
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

• We have 7 days return policy 
• Please note there is NO return on: Boxers, Trunks, All Accessories & Flat store items (for hygiene reasons)
• Only exchange will be applicable on order purchased with coupon NORETURN10, APPBUY4, BUY4, BUY3 & APPBUY3
• Returns need to be initiated through The Bear House Application
• Please ensure that the products returned are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact
• Shipping charges are non refundable
• For multi-item orders, only one return request is applicable
• Payments made using the COD option will receive store credit equal to the amount paid for the product. This credit can be used at any time.
• For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source after the return inspection is completed. Please note, it usually takes 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, as per standard banking procedures.
• We charge a nominal fee of INR 100 for return or exchange pickup requests.
• We offer exchanges for eligible products within the specified timeframe, allowing for different products, sizes, or colors of the same or higher value than the original paid amount. Any price difference must be paid.
