Return & Exchange Policy
- Hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have tags intact.
- Sale/promotional orders (including those using NORETURN5, NORETURN10) are eligible for exchange only. Returns are not applicable.
- Refunds: Prepaid orders will be refunded to Original payment Method, while COD orders will receive store credits.
- Exchanges: Allowed once per item for a same or different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
- Non-returnable items: Accessories, sunglasses, socks, and innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
