Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days following the order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sunday, local/national holidays

Note: In COD orders, orders will only be processed after we re-confirm the order on a IVR phone call.

If we are experiencing any restrictions at specific state/pincode, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been scheduled for pick up by our delivery partner. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed.

Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun. In this case, you can drop a mail to support@thebearhouse.com

Our delivery partners will only accept The Bear House articles that are returned in their original packaging. Please do not include any other items in the package as these could violate shipping regulations as your return may then not be accepted by our delivery partner
