Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email and SMS to your registered number. Delivery timelines are estimates from our logistics partners. Occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Prepaid orders ship free across India. COD orders have a non-refundable shipping fee of ₹100. You also get 5% off on all prepaid orders.

Our warehouse is fully automated, so this is rare. But if it happens, call 8884477728 (10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday) or raise a ticket within 24 hours of delivery. Investigation takes up to 72 hours.

No. Accept the package first. If you find any issues, email support@thebearhouse.com with unboxing video footage within 24 hours of delivery. Do not accept the package if there is visible damage to the outer packaging.
Check for delivery notifications on your phone. Ask neighbours, flatmates, security, or building management if they accepted it on your behalf. If you still can't find it, call 8884477728 (10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday) or raise a ticket. This requires investigation by our logistics partner and may take 7-10 days. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. We cannot process claims after 24 hours or for OTP-verified deliveries.
RTO stands for Return to Origin. It means our delivery partner attempted to deliver your order up to 3 times and was unsuccessful. Common reasons: unable to reach you by phone, address could not be located, incorrect phone number or address, pin code mismatch. After the first failed attempt, the delivery partner will try to reschedule. If all 3 attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse. Answer calls from delivery partners and respond to their messages to avoid RTO. If your order was marked RTO without proper attempts, call or email us and we'll help.
