Due to additional health and safety measures to protect our logistics teams, your delivery might take a little longer. And as per Govt. Guidelines we will not be delivering in the COVID-19 containment zones. ​If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team. Note: Our customer service working hours are 10:30AM to 5:30PM (Monday - Friday). No customer service will be available on weekends, All bank & national holidays

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 days following the order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sunday, local/national holidays

Note: In COD orders, orders will ONLY be processed after we re-confirm the order on a phone call (our customer service agent will call you to confirm)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

We offer Free Shipping on ALL orders

Orders are delivered within 2-5 working days

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s)

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been scheduled for pick up by our delivery partner. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed.

Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun. In this case, you can drop a mail to hello@thebearhouse.com

Our delivery partners will only accept The Bear House articles that are returned in their original packaging. Please do not include any other items in the package as these could violate shipping regulations as your return may then not be accepted by our delivery partner/us.
