Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  
• COD orders incur a handling fee of ₹100.
  
• Orders are shipped within 1 working days from our warehouse.
  
• Tracking number will be sent to your registered contact number once the order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Hassle-free returns are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and promotion-specific conditions. Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags intact.
• Orders placed during sales or promotions (including coupon codes such as NORETURN5 and NORETURN10) are eligible for exchange only. Returns are not applicable on these orders.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be issued as store credit.
• Exchanges are allowed once per item and can be made for the same or a different product, size, or color. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
• Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
• A return pickup fee of ₹50 will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include accessories, sunglasses, socks, and innerwear due to hygiene reasons.
