SHIPPING

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders
• We charge Rs. 100 handling fee for COD orders
• Product are shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 3 working days. 
• You will receive order tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

RETURNS 

• We have 10 days return policy
• Please note there is NO return on Boxers (for hygiene reasons)
• Returns & Exchanges need to be intimated through the return tab
• Please ensure that the products returned are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact
• Cash on Delivery charges are non refundable
• For detailed terms, please refer to the return policy section
• For multi-item orders, only one return request is applicable
• NO returns for International orders

EXCHANGE

• Exchange is not applicable on Boxers
• There is no additional charge for exchange 
• Size exchange is subject to availability
• Exchanged products will not be eligible for further returns or exchanges

REFUNDS

• Refunds are initiated in your bank account within 15 days of product receipt, valid only for prepaid orders
• All COD order refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of receipt & quality check of the product. It can be credited via bank transfer, UPI or store credit as per your preference
