  • We offer free shipping on ALL products
  • Product are shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 7 working days. 
  • You will receive order tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

RETURNS 

  • We have 10 days return policy. Please note there is no return on Flat Store items & Boxers/ Innerwear/ Sunglasses category. Exchange is not available.
  • Returns need to be intimated through the return tab https://thebearhouse.com/apps/ecoreturns
  • Please ensure that the products returned are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact
  • Refunds are initiated in your bank account within 15 days of product receipt.
