We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. A shipping fee of ₹99 applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
We're just as excited as you are! Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.
Once dispatched, your order usually reaches you within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
While we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, same-day delivery isn't available just yet. We're working on making this happen in the future. Stay tuned! In the meantime, you can check the estimated delivery date by entering your pin code on the product page.
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send the tracking details via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order anytime through The Bear House App by going to Profile → All Purchases → Select Order → Track Shipment.
Yes! We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across the country.
You may receive a call or message from the delivery executive before your order is delivered.
If you're unavailable, you may ask a family member, neighbour, security desk, or receptionist to collect it on your behalf. Alternatively, you may request the delivery executive to attempt delivery again, subject to feasibility.

We've made returns and exchanges simple for you! You can raise a request through The Bear House App within 7 days of delivery. 🐻

Once your request is raised, our courier partner usually picks up the item within 2 business days. To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please keep an eye out for calls from the pickup executive and respond if contacted.
No worries, pickup attempts are automatically rescheduled if missed, and our courier partner will make up to 3 pickup attempts. Please ensure you're available and respond to calls from the pickup executive to avoid delays. If your pickup is still pending after these attempts, our bears are always here to help. 🐻

Most products are eligible for return or exchange. However, innerwear, socks, sunglasses, perfumes, accessories, and free promotional products are not eligible due to hygiene and policy reasons.
Items purchased during Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday Sale, Valentine's Day Sale, or other special promotions are not eligible for return and can only be exchanged, subject to size availability.
Exchange is allowed only once per item and can be done for products of the same value or a higher value.

Yes, a nominal return fee of ₹49 will be deducted from your refund amount.

In some locations, reverse pickup services may not be available due to courier partner limitations, even if delivery services are available.
Pack the product securely with all original tags and packaging intact. Include your order ID and contact details inside the package and ship it using a reliable courier service.
You may use any reliable courier service. We recommend India Post (Speed Post) due to its wide coverage and reliability.
Courier charges for self-shipped returns are not reimbursed. However, the ₹49 return fee will not be applicable in such cases.

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check within 2 business days.
After successful verification:
- Refunds are processed within 1 business day.
- Exchange orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated to the original payment source. For COD orders, refunds are issued as a Bear House Gift Card.
