Return / Exchange Policy
You can easily initiate a return or exchange request through our mobile app. Open The Bear House app, go to the "My Account" section, and log in with your registered contact details. Then, click on "Return & Exchange Request" to proceed. Ensure that the product is packed in its original packaging with tags intact, and hand it over to the courier when they arrive. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will verify it and either issue a refund or process the exchange as per your request
Please note that returns and exchanges can only be requested through the mobile app.

- Hassle-free returns are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and promotion-specific conditions. Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags intact.
- Orders placed during sales or promotions (including coupon codes such as NORETURN5 and NORETURN10) are eligible for exchange only. Returns are not applicable on these orders.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be issued as store credit.
- Exchanges are allowed once per item and can be made for the same or a different product, size, or color. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
- A return pickup fee of ₹50 will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include accessories, sunglasses, socks, and innerwear due to hygiene reasons.
No returns are allowed on any items purchased during the sale period.Only one exchange per item is allowed, with the option to exchange for the same item or another product of higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).Exchanges during the sale are subject to size availability.
We will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If the courier company is unable to complete the pickup, you will need to return the shipment yourself to our address.
Reverse pickup services are subject to availability based on your area’s pin code.
If the pickup is not completed within 2 days of the request, please contact our support team to reschedule.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags intact.
If the returned product is in poor condition or shows signs of use, the return/exchange request will be rejected, and no refund will be issued
Refunds will be initiated within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive and verify the returned item in our warehouse.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed through sources payment Method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credits to your registered email ID, valid for six months.
Note:
- If you do not receive your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Store credits cannot be extended beyond the validity period.
Non-Returnable ItemsTo maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns/exchanges on:
- Accessories
- Socks & Innerwear (Boxers, Trunks, etc.)
- Flat Store Items

Important:
- Securely pack the product to avoid damage in transit.
- Mention Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the package.
- Bear House is not liable for lost self-shipped returns. Customers are advised to use trackable courier services for their own security.
