1. We provide a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Additionally, we offer reverse pick-up services. To initiate a return or exchange request through our website or app, a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 will apply. Please note exchange is applicable once per item.

2. We will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If the courier company is unable to complete the pick-up, you will need to return the shipment to the company's address yourself. Please note that reverse pick-up services are subject to availability based on your area’s pin code.

3. For COD orders, store credit will be issued to your registered email address within 2 working days after the return pickup is completed

4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were received. If the products are returned in poor condition or show signs of use, a refund will not be issued.

5. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and for the amount to appear in your bank account. NOTE: Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable to prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.

a.Payments made using the COD option will receive store credit equal to the amount paid for the product. This credit can be used at any time.

6. Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed in our store.

7. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

8. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

10. To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, like sunglasses, socks and innerwear i.e. boxers, trunks, and flat store items.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during
transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags
attached and packaging intact. Within 2 Business days of receiving the product(s), the complete amount paid for the item will be refunded to your
source account in case of prepaid and in the form of store credit (gift card) in case of COD.

your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has
the most widely distributed postal network in India.
