What is The Bear House return and exchange policy?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any item purchased on thebearhouse.com or the TBH app. If the size doesn't work or you've changed your mind about the colour, we'll exchange it. If the product isn't for you, we'll process a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags intact. Returns are not applicable on trunks, boxers, sunglasses, caps, card holders, cufflinks, belts, and socks.

How do I return or exchange my order?

You can initiate a return or exchange through the Bear House mobile app: (1) Open the app and go to your Profile section. (2) Tap Return & Exchange to raise a request. (3) Pack the item in its original packaging with tags intact. (4) Hand it over to the courier when they arrive for pickup. Once we receive and verify the item at our warehouse, we'll issue a refund or process the exchange. A handling fee of ₹50 applies to all return requests. If your pin code is outside our pickup area, you'll need to self-ship the item to our warehouse. Keep your shipping receipt for tracking.

Can I exchange for a different product, not just a different size or colour?

Yes. You can exchange for the same product in a different size or colour, or for a completely different product. Any discount applied on the original order will not carry over to the exchanged item.

What happens if I want to return after the return window closes?

We're unable to accept returns after 7 days from the delivery date.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the damaged item to support@thebearhouse.com and we'll sort it out.

How long does a refund take?

After the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes verification, refunds are processed within 1 working day. Prepaid orders: Refund link sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. COD orders: Refund issued as a gift card, redeemable on thebearhouse.com and the TBH app. Split payments (prepaid + store credit): Refunded in the same proportion as the original payment.

My return hasn't been picked up. What do I do?

Our delivery partners attempt up to 3 reverse pickups. A return may be cancelled if: the delivery partner can't reach you by phone, your address is difficult to locate, the phone number or address on file is incorrect, or the pin code doesn't match. After a failed attempt, the delivery partner will contact you to reschedule. If all 3 attempts fail, the return request gets cancelled. To avoid this, answer calls from delivery partners and respond to reschedule messages promptly. If your request was cancelled, call us at 8884477728 or email support@thebearhouse.com.

The pickup agent collected my item but the status shows cancelled. What now?

Check the tracking status after handover. It should move from "Out for pickup" to "Pickup done" or "In Transit." If it stays unchanged or shows cancelled, contact us within 24 hours with: pickup date, pickup executive's contact number, screenshot of courier tracking details, and call recording with the pickup executive (if available).

You can easily initiate a return or exchange request through our mobile app. Open The Bear House app, go to the "My Account" section, and log in with your registered contact details. Then, click on "Return & Exchange Request" to proceed. Ensure that the product is packed in its original packaging with tags intact, and hand it over to the courier when they arrive. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will verify it and either issue a refund or process the exchange as per your request

Please note that returns and exchanges can only be requested through the mobile app.
