Returns and Exchange
- We understand that sometimes things don't quite fit or match your expectations. You have 10 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any items you've purchased for a refund or exchange.
- If you’re not happy with the size of the product purchased, or change your mind regarding the color you picked, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. If you don’t like our product, we’ll refund the same. Please note that items that have been used or had their tags removed unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Please note exchange is applicable once per item.
Please note: The returns are not applicable on Sunglass, boxers and flat store items
- You can easily initiate a return or exchange request through both our website and mobile app. Visit the returns section on our website or click here to start the process for your order. Please ensure the product is packed in its original packaging with tags intact and hand it over to our courier person. Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we'll promptly verify it and issue a refund or process exchange accordingly.
- Please note that a handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.
- If your pin code falls outside our pick-up service area, you will need to self-ship the return item (using a reliable courier partner). This is subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please keep your shipping receipt to help us track the delivery of your returns.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns after 7 days from the delivery date.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, kindly email us a photograph of the damaged or defective product to support@thebearhouse.com
For all return requests, our delivery partners attempt a maximum of 3 reverse pickups. Your return request may be marked as "pickup-exception" or canceled for the following reasons:
- The delivery partner was unable to contact you.
- Difficulty in locating your address.
- Incorrect phone number or incomplete/wrong address provided.
- Incorrect pincode, etc.
If the first reverse pickup attempt fails, our shipping partners will contact you to reschedule the pickup. However, if the return order still isn't picked up after 2 more attempts due to the reasons mentioned, the order will be canceled.To avoid this situation, we kindly ask that you answer calls from our delivery partners promptly. If the initial pickup attempt fails, please respond to messages from the delivery partner to arrange a new pickup time.If your return request is canceled due to insufficient attempts, please reach out to us via email or phone, and we'll be happy to assist you further!
- It is advisable to verify the shipment status once it has been handed over to the pickup agent. The status typically transitions from “Out for pickup” to either “Pickup done” or “In Transit”
- If the status remains unchanged or shows canceled after pickup, please contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of the actual pickup date. Provide the following details for assistance:
- Pickup executive’s contact number
- Screenshot of the courier details
- Call recording with the pickup executive(If available)
ORDER RELATED
Your order will be processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and on your registered contact number. Please note that these timelines are estimates provided by our delivery partners, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
A shipping fee of INR 100/- is applicable on all the COD orders.
Yes, you can change the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us via email or phone for assistance with this.
We usually ship out all orders that we receive within 1 business day, you will receive a notification via email and on your registered contact number with details of the delivery partner and tracking ID. According to our policy, packages cannot be opened for inspection before acceptance. You may accept the package and contact us if you have any concerns. Please email support@thebearhouse.com with unpacking footage within 24 hours of delivery if necessary.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it: Check your phone for any notifications about attempted delivery. See if any of your neighbors/friends/owners/security guards have collected your product on your behalf. In the unlikely event of you still not being able to locate your item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to help. Please note we won't be able to consider the complaint after 24 hours and in case of OTP verified delivery.
"RTO" stands for Return to Origin. This status is assigned to orders that our delivery partners attempt to deliver but are unsuccessful after a maximum of three tries. Your order may be marked as RTO due to below reasons ;
- Delivery partners are unable to contact you.
- Difficulty in locating your address.
- Incorrect phone number or delivery address provided by you.
- Mismatch in address and pincode. After the first failed attempt, the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a rescheduled delivery. If they are still unable to deliver after two additional attempts for the reasons mentioned, the order will be returned to us and marked as RTO.
- To avoid this, please ensure that you answer the calls from delivery partners and respond to their messages promptly to reschedule delivery after a failed attempt. This proactive communication helps ensure successful delivery of your order.
If it so happens that your order has been RTO'ed without the proper attempts, you can reach out to us on any of the support channels (Call/Email) and we will be glad to help you further.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
To cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer support team at 8884477728 before the order is dispatched. You can also reach us via email at support@thebearhouse.com. Once the order has been dispatched, we regret that we cannot process cancellation requests. Alternatively, if you decide not to accept the delivery, you can refuse the package upon arrival.
Once the order is canceled, the refund usually gets processed within 1 Business day, further it may take 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, as per standard banking procedures. Incase of store credits, the redeemed credits will be added back the same voucher.
You will not be able to change the product Size or color once the order is placed, you can cancel the existing order and you can place a new order before the order gets shipped.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination region and will be displayed during the checkout process.
