Return & Exchange Policy

Hassle-free returns are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and promotion-specific conditions. Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags intact.

Orders placed during sales or promotions (including coupon codes such as NORETURN5 and NORETURN10) are eligible for exchange only. Returns are not applicable on these orders.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges are allowed once per item and can be made for the same or a different product, size, or color. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

A return pickup fee of ₹50 will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
