- Returns need to be initiated through The Bear House Application
- Please ensure that the products returned are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact
- Shipping charges are non refundable
- For multi-item orders, only one return request is applicable
- Payments made using the COD option will receive store credit equal to the amount paid for the product. This credit can be used at any time.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source after the return inspection is completed. Please note, it usually takes 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, as per standard banking procedures.
