RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- We have 7 days return policy
- Please note there is NO return on: Boxers, Trunks, All Accessories & Flat store items (for hygiene reasons)
- Only exchange will be applicable on order purchased with coupon NORETURN10, APPBUY4, BUY4, BUY3 & APPBUY3
- Returns need to be initiated through The Bear House Application
- Please ensure that the products returned are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact
- Shipping charges are non refundable
- For multi-item orders, only one return request is applicable
- Payments made using the COD option will receive store credit equal to the amount paid for the product. This credit can be used at any time.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source after the return inspection is completed. Please note, it usually takes 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, as per standard banking procedures.
- We charge a nominal fee of INR 100 for return or exchange pickup requests.
