Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  
• COD orders incur a handling fee of ₹100.
  
• Orders are shipped within 1 working days from our warehouse.
  
• Tracking number will be sent to your registered contact number once the order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have tags intact.
  
• Refunds: Prepaid orders will be refunded via Cashfree link, while COD orders will receive store credits.
  
• Exchanges: Allowed once per item for a same or different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
  
• Non-returnable items: Accessories, sunglasses, socks, and innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  
• Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• Valentine's day Sale/promotional items and orders placed using NORETURN10, TBHBUY4 coupons are eligible for exchange only.
  
• INR 100 fee applies for return/exchange pickups. Shipping charges are non-refundable
